JourneyBlazers is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead our Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization implementations. This key member of our team will provide thought leadership and consultation throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience implementing Salesforce marketing products.
• Salesforce Personalization Accredited 
• Ability to drive Personalization workshops, discovery, implementation, and training.
• Experience with Personalization ETL feeds.
• Experience in integrating data to Salesforce core products and to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. 
• Ability to work effectively with non-technical personnel.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Available to work in EST timezone

Preferred Skills:

• Background in Computer Science is preferred
• 3+ years of consulting experience
• Certified as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
