Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a project from initial scoping to post-deployment support, while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and project deliverables. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Keep track of all project deliverables and ensure the project stays on track.
- Ensure that potential roadblocks are addressed promptly to avoid project delays.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and escalate when necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Conduct weekly meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
- Ensure clear communication and collaboration among team members.
- Conduct regular internal project reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure that project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and optimize future projects.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheets,).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of risk management principles and techniques.
- Excellent team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Prior experience delivering on Salesforce projects preferred but not required
