Description: 


The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a project from initial scoping to post-deployment support, while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and project deliverables. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Keep track of all project deliverables and ensure the project stays on track.
  • Ensure that potential roadblocks are addressed promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and escalate when necessary.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Conduct regular internal project reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure that project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and optimize future projects.

Required Skills:

 

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheets,).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and techniques.
  • Excellent team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Prior experience delivering on Salesforce projects preferred but not required
