We hired JourneyBlazers to assist us with our Datorama implementation for two projects. One project we leveraged our data lake and developed a widget for our SharePoint homepage. This project brought many challenges, and while the support team had told us certain things could not be done, JourneyBlazers team went above and beyond and were able to figure out how to implement certain requests that even the support team said weren't possible. In our second project we were able to unify our disparate email metrics data from both Marketing Cloud and Pardot into one dashboard. JourneyBlazers team is always professional, and always goes above and beyond to find a way to implement as the customer has envisioned.
Gaurav has the determination, technical skill, curiosity, and ability to deconstruct the most complex custom Marketing Cloud code to repair, optimize, and put into practice. He was able to decypher a rather complex set of custom code produced by a partner firm and came up with a solution that will be a part of our product going forward. His professionalism is greatly appreciated and is eager to please, which he does for clients successfully. He blends right into our team and worked very constructively with everyone. We would definitely work with him again and have plans to do so!

Let me start by saying that I would whole heartedly recommend JourneyBlazers to anyone who is embarking on a Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation. They were seamless from the discovery phase to the implementation and training portion. They bring with them years of experience which is great, but even more impressive was the level of customer service and their dedication to understand what we wanted to achieve, and deliver on that expectation. They weren't satisfied unless we were satisfied. Our project involved building 14 automations, 3 preference centers on SFMC Cloud Pages, building emails and email templates, along with the overall configuration of the underlying data model and platform. They did a fantastic job and will do the same for you too.

They were able to decipher the custom code behavior for us, explain it to us in simple terms, and then optimize the code to perform more effectively. They were quick to take on big tasks, even arduous ones, completing them in a timely manner. They took on whatever we sent their way, completing them to our satisfaction. A professional outfit, one that knows Marketing Cloud at a very foundational level, and with the technical acumen to help us to get the best out of our Marketing Cloud investment.
