In our latest project, we partnered with a loan processing company to accelerate their franchise sales process. This not only enhanced the customer journey for franchise applicants but also resulted in faster sales and openings.
The Challenge
Our client, a top loan processing company, was seeking a way to speed up their franchise sales process. The goal was to provide a better journey for the end consumer – the franchise applicants, and to achieve faster sales and openings.
The Solution
To meet this challenge, we designed and built an omni-channel strategy that leveraged Salesforce CRM, Advertising Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud emails, and Salesforce Personalization.
Here’s how we did it:
- We took the leads from CRM and injected them into Facebook advertising campaigns via Salesforce Ad Studio.
- These ads had a call to action to bring the lead/prospect back onto the application portal.
- Once on the application portal, we delivered 1 on 1 real-time personalized experiences in the form of a personalized banner image and an article that was relevant to that prospective franchisee.
The overall engagement took 12 weeks from start to end. This included instrumenting the application portal with Salesforce Personalization script, building emails, building Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journeys, and ad audiences.
The Results
As a result of this engagement, we were able to achieve faster loan progressions for our client, the loan processing company.
