We are looking to hire a Salesforce Practice Leader who will be responsible for building our public sector Salesforce practice using Salesforce core platforms and with the Public Sector Solutions (PSS) product. The Salesforce Practice Leader will have past experience architecting complex technical solutions.

You will be an expert in helping public sector clients use Salesforce to solve their problems. You will own the onshore and offshore practice resources. You will analyze RFPs, draft responses, design holistic solutions, and lead their delivery. You will build a solid delivery team of seasoned Salesforce architects and consultants.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in leading and implementing complex Salesforce solutions 
• Experience with Salesforce Industries Cloud
• Experience with OmniStudio platform
• Experience in Public Sector implementations is a plus
• Experience in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience writing RFP responses
• Experience in creating resource plan and implementation estimations
• Understanding of  Salesforce product suite including Sales, Service, Community, Mulesoft, Communities and Marketing Clouds
